Silvia Valletti
An engineer, she began her career with industrial plant design and site management.
She was for many years an industrial executive specializing in strategy, risk management and management of complex projects, M&A and business development, and identification of new emerging opportunities in Italy and international markets.
In multinational companies in the engineering&construction, energy and industrial consulting sectors, she has assumed top management responsibilities in the areas of strategy, marketing, business planning&control and risk management.
In EuMethis, where she is a founding partner and CEO, she helps companies achieve their strategic, business, sustainability, organizational development and risk management goals.
She is certified as an IMPACT & SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGIST at Politecnico of Milan - Graduate School of Management.
Giuseppe Rangone
A Bocconi University graduate and keen scholar of human dynamics, he has based his professional career on the aim to integrate two aspects: the needs for effective and efficient organisation and the human and professional enhancement of people and teams.
He has worked in international companies, where he sought to connect business needs with organisational development and training solutions.
Subsequent lengthy activity in important national and international consulting firms led him to become deeply involved with change and people management.
A partner in EuMethis, he deals with business development projects and the related behavioural, managerial and commercial skills.
Francesco Simoni
A graduate in philosophy and organizational psychology, he has worked for more than 20 years in organizational consulting where he initially worked on designing and implementing management training projects for some of Italy's leading companies in various sectors, from automotive to banking, from insurance to telecommunications to luxury.
Later, he specialized in psychosocioanalysis, later acquiring significant experience in organizational development at EuMethis, with a privileged focus on learning reflective, project and systemically oriented metacompetencies.
He holds a three-year Master's degree in Counselling and Organizational Development from ARIELE, a school of psychosocioanalysis in Milan.
A founding partner of EuMethis, he works on change and development projects for individuals and groups.
